30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. It you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your eyeglasses, The Hour Glass will replace them at no-charge within the first 30 days of purchase. Insurance plans do not apply. If upgrading to a more expensive frame and/or lenses you will only pay the difference. If refunds are necessary, please allow 7-10 business days to process.

Doctor’s Prescription Change

If your eye care physician changes your prescription within 90 days, we will remake your lenses at no charge. If a more expensive lens is prescribed, you only pay the difference in cost.

Scratch Resistance Policy

With the purchase of Scratch Resistant Lenses, we offer several benefits:

• If you scratch or damage your CR39 Standard Plastic Single Vision lenses we will remake them at a co-pay of $10.00
• All other lens materials and styles will be remade at 50% off the original cost.
• These benefits are unlimited within the first year of the original date of purchase
• Some restrictions apply

Benefit Protection Plan

With the purchase of the Benefit Protection Plan, we provide one year Accidental Breakage Protection for your eyewear. If your eyewear is damaged within one year of the original date of purchase, we will replace your eyewear at no charge. This is a onetime replacement; all other replacements will be done at 50% off the original purchase price. If the same frame is not available, we will substitute a frame of equal or lesser value or you may upgrade at an additional cost.
