Should we not participate in your vision insurance plan, we will gladly offer a discount on your eyewear.

Vision insurance benefits cannot be combined with any of our other promotional offers, coupons or discounts.

Flexible Spending Account

Do you participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through your employer?

Your flexible spending account dollars can be used for prescription eyewear, including prescription sunglasses and contact lenses at any of our locations.

Insurance and Payment Policies

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Payment for all materials, including glasses and contact lenses must be made in full prior to taking materials from the office. There are no exceptions.

Payment may be made with cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

We accept most insurance plans. Please contact our office by phone to inquire as to whether we participate with your insurance plan. The patient is responsible for all services rendered and materials purchased, regardless of insurance coverage.
